     ·  Este foarte aproape de plaja, iar plaja este tare placuta. Aproape in toate camerele ai ocazia sa vezi marea din balcon.
     ·  Sunt probleme cu lifturile. De fapt, pe toata perioada in care am stat la hotel unul dintre cele doua lifturi a fost defect. La sfarsit de saptamana, atat sambata cat si duminica restaurantul care este lipit de Hotelul Parc a avut program de artificii la miezul noptii. Au trezit tot hotelul. Cand ai copiii la somn iti vine sa ii strangi de gat..Aviz celor care se cazeaza la sfarsit de saptamana.
